Our Free Trial is designed to give you the best introduction to CrossFit and answer any questions you may have.
You will be part of a small group of people that are all also experiencing CrossFit for the first time too.
Our coaches are very kind and caring coaches that live and breath CrossFit and will be able to answer all your questions. We're a completely inclusive gym no matter who you are.
Our classes run for an hour, don’t worry we’re not going to be working out for that whole hour! That includes explanation of the workout/movements, coaching, warm up, cool down and debrief as well as the workout itself.
