Please note that our FREE taster sessions run anytime only on Monday - Thursday. They do not include Fridays or Saturdays due to the nature of the classes on these days. If you have done CrossFit before then do email us and let us know your level of experience and Fridays or Saturdays may indeed be suitable.
If it is your first time with us, we ask if you could arrive ten minutes early so we can introduce ourselves, discuss your experience and show you around.
