FULL-TIME & PART-TIME COACHES

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the smooth running and coaching of group CrossFit classes. These classes involve elements of Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Endurance, and Powerlifting. All sessions are to follow the pre-designed programme.

Personal training outside of group classes. This will consist of introduction to CrossFit sessions, skill sessions, and general health/weight loss Personal Training.

Nutritional/Habit based coaching can be discussed for further earning potential.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A valid CrossFit Level 1 certificate (a relevant qualification may be considered with the intention to achieve CF Level 1 asap)

  • At least 1 year of coaching experience ideally in a CrossFit setting (coaching in another strength and conditioning or functional training facility may be considered)

  • A positive attitude and outgoing personality

  • Organised and on time

  • Ready to grow within our business

  • A valid emergency first aid in the workplace certificate (or to be completed soon)

  • Passion, empathy, and respect for the individual needs of our diverse member base in helping them achieve their goals.

PAY

Based on experience and availability for Personal Training / Nutritional Coaching. We have various hours available.
